TRX – Bosu

TRX training

The TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is now a popular way of exercising that promises to change your body.

What exactly is; It is a strap with handles, with which everyone can train his body with an exercise. Changing exercises and varying degrees of difficulty reinforce the strength of the muscle groups, but also contribute to fat loss. The only tool beyond the belt is the body itself.

What are the benefits:

Ideal for all levels

It does not matter if you are an athlete or just looking for a new hobby. The TRX suits everyone. By slightly changing the body position, the “load” can be increased or decreased for your muscles, which means that everyone has the ability to do it.
Improves resistance and strength

The workouts are not only aimed at body chiseling, but also muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. By changing the speed of the exercise, you can strengthen your heart and lungs.
It achieves every goal

What is your goal? Weight loss, muscle strength, endurance? The TRX is the perfect choice because it gives you what you want.
It does not cause problems to the body

Every exercise affects the joints and can lead to injuries. TRX is the one that has the lowest risk of injury, allowing you to exercise as hard as you want. In addition, it is suitable for people suffering from musculoskeletal injuries, through specific exercises.

BOSU training

BOSU is a hemispherical rubber surface with a flat hard base. It was invented by David Weck in 1999 to improve balance and proprioception. Its acronym comes from: “BOth Sides Up”. It is used on both sides to serve the needs of beginners or advanced trainees. It is also highly recommended to the rehabilitation of injured athletes or to re-educate the limbs of athletes after long periods of inactivity. It is ideal for functional training for the continuous contribution of the torso to the exercise in order to strengthen the body’s core and stabilize all the joints to prevent injuries.
